Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experiences and qualifications:
- Five years of experience as a project manager focused on property automation, control & regulation, or building automation
- Good knowledge of property technical systems and construction law
- Relevant technical education is considered an advantage
- High IT maturity and computer skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Driver's license B.

What does the role entail?

As a project manager in property automation at KSS, you will play a central role in driving and executing projects related to the renovation and new construction of, for example, office buildings, schools, and hotels. You are responsible for the financial outcome of the projects and plan your work in close collaboration with your colleagues at KSS's Stockholm office, where a total of nine employees are part of the project organization. Your main focus is to lead and coordinate projects within property automation as well as control and monitoring contracts. You have overall responsibility for the entirety of each assignment, from the first planning phase to completed implementation, with the aim of delivering high quality, strong customer benefit, and good profitability.
The work takes place both from the office and out in the projects. In your role, you are a present and operational leader who ensures that everyone in the project team is motivated and working in the same direction towards the common goals. This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed directly by KSS Climate and Control Systems with immediate start or as agreed. The position is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. This recruitment process includes a background check that compiles previous public criminal records and financial credit checks.
